How we can help guide your information management journey

Program Assessment and Development

We can assess your records management or information governance program in its entirety, or its individual elements, using industry best practices and maturity models, and make concrete recommendations for improvement.

We can help you to make those improvements, too, by developing playbooks; developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures; and conducting inventories.

Training and Learning Development

We offer training in a variety of information management-related topics, including the AIIM CIP Preparatory Workshop and Athro’s own Records and Information Management Playbook Workshop

We can also deliver your own or industry standard learning assets, and develop and deliver custom learning and awareness activities. And we can help you build your own learning assets according to your particular industry, organization, and culture.

And we can help to identify staffing gaps, develop job descriptions, develop competency models, and assess and address specific training needs.

Evangelism and Awareness

Our experts bring decades of practical experience across the information management spectrum. We can develop and deliver keynote addresses, facilitate panels and breakout sessions, and work with other speakers to strengthen their delivery.

Our subject matter experts can help position your organization as thought leaders and trusted advisors through development and delivery of webinars, blogs, white papers, ebooks, and other content assets.

Our Approach

Our guidance, your culture. We subcribe to and recommend industry standards and defined best practices – but we recognize that different organizations do different things differently. We will work closely with your team to make sure that the work we do fits your needs and expectations, your culture, and your organizational tempo.

Projects have a start – and an end. We’ll make recommendations for additional projects where they make sense, but we don’t want to wear out our welcome and we’re happy to recommend other firms for other work.

From project to program. As the project progresses, we want you to see and understand our recommendations so you have the tools and understanding necessary for you to sustain these changes moving forward.

We like a lot of solution providers. But we don’t partner, or get anything, from any of them. If we mention a solution provider as a potential good fit, it’s because we believe it, not because we’re being paid to do so.
